Dirk's was created to celebrate a dog named Dirk.  He was hot, spicy and loyal like only a Blue Heeler can be.

 

He helped us raise 6 children, hunted, fished, hiked and would do anything he was asked.  He became a celebrity for his character but also his hot edge.  

 

He lived to 18 and we miss him today but celebrate him in every bottle of Dirk's!
